Complaints galore, despite Will-writing being generally outside of the legal ombudsman’s remit – because Will-writing is not regulated. This is why people need to trust qualified Will specialists, and ideally individuals recognised as Estate Planners by the Society of Trust & Estate Planners (STEP).
